Visits berths went last long when they realise a harbour full off Air B&Bs makes more money.
Maybe it's time to replace the boat with an Air B&B?

We had to visit Lisbon last year for health reasons. The nearest Airbnb to the clinic was a 34ft sailing yacht (also used for day trips) in a marina on the river. Suited us with a pleasant, if slow, riverside walk to and from my scan.

The "Arcs" on Thornham Marina are £295 to £320 per night!!

Just think how much more you could charge if you added some sea miles, a F7 with horizontal rain and hot coco before bed,
