So many recommendations for diamond hard, ive seriously considered trying this product. However im reading negative reviews online. Could there be two products marketed. Ive seen Ronseal Diamond hard floor Varnish, and Ronseal Varnish with Diamond hard.

One thing which may be worth consideration is how often you kneel on the floorboards.

I seemed to do a fair bit . Engine/bilge/locker accessing was quite common and I was too lazy to get my padded cushion from the cockpit lockers.

Carpet or EVA Foam was kinder to my knees.

What ever you use on the, ply make sure to seal the edges well.

Not only that - but make sure that when wet - its not a skating rink ... most of the finishes I read above are not exactly high grip ...... 'flak jacket on' ....

Get a proper floor finish and apply plenty of coats sealing up edges / under / over ... preferably one that really soaks into the wood ...

My 38 has teak floor ... OK - but needs tarting up .. and is cold to the feet.

My 25 has office grade carpet - very nice to put feet on when getting out of bed ... easy to shake out ... cheap and durable .. cut and lay ... no need to fix down ... it stays where put.
