I am considering fitting a stern ladder to my Bowman 36. It has a small but pretty transom , the other consideration is fixed or folding ladder. I reckon the bottom rung should be at least 18" in the water. Any ideas please ? You will see from the attachment the problem

Thank you team, there are 11 cells each 30mmx25mm. It looks like a good soldering job when I get the tagged batteries, perhaps it is cheaper to buy a S/H VHF !! Tony

I bought one in Trebeurden. It has 3 output leads,black,red & pink. I get a normal charging voltage out of the red & black but nothing out of the black & pink. I thought the later was for charging the aux battery .The handbook isnt much help. Any ideas ?
