Anyone near locks down from Romney to Penton who can report whether lay-bys (heading downstream) are above water right now? Not many lockeeper to speak to.
I can't say I have seen it that busy in years. Longest waits at lay-bys I can recall all the way down to Windsor. Lovely day to be on the river unless you had a long trip to do...
Heading from Temple to Laleham this weekend for the boat to get painted and cleaned up. Haven't decided which of the two rainy days to do yet. Third attempt to move it - the other two times brought terrible rain and snow expecting a plague of locusts this time. Say hi if you see us going past.

Interested in an insurance thread where you do the following. Please fill in the following:

Heading to Wargrave Friday then UTMYC Saturday. Still can't decide if I want to chance another encounter with St George and Dragon at Wargrave..... May take our own food and eat on boat.
